Mexican salad

 

Recipe:

Ingredients

Salad leaves
Cucumber
Tender Chicken(optional)
Sweet corns
Chopped Tomatoes
Red kidney beans
Put all in a bowl, add dressing n mix it well.

For Dressing:

Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Lemon juice: 2tbsp
Chopped garlic: 2 cloves
Fresh coriander: 2 tbsp
Cumin powder: half tsp
Crushed red chillies: half tsp
Mix all ingredients well to make dressing for salad.
